KATHARSIS BERLIN visualisiert die Befreiung von einer inneren Spannung, indem das Werk unterschiedliche, künstlerischen Ausdrucksformen miteinander verknüpft.
Typografie, Poesie und die Jahrtausende alte, meditative Zen-Technik des Anordnens und Formierens von Steinen/Sand gehen dabei eine Symbiose ein und sollen den Prozess der Katharsis allegorisch begleiten.
Der Inhalt des Gedichts wird dabei auf eine Acrylglasscheibe „tätowiert“, um den Taumelkäfer (Gyrinidae)als Hauptdarsteller in Szene zu setzen.
Die Katharsis soll dadurch in Form der Entladung durch die Sehnsucht und Rückbesinnung nach allem Natürlichen im Widerspruch zum urbanen „Alltagstaumeln“ symbolisiert werden.

Typography, poetry and the millennia-old, meditative Zen technique of arranging and forming stones/sand enter into a symbiosis and are supposed to accompany the process of catharsis allegorically.
The content of the poem is "tattooed" on an acrylic glass pane in order to stage the dew beetle (Gyrinidae) as the main actor.
Catharsis is thus to be symbolized in the form of the discharge through the longing and return for everything natural in contradiction to the urban "everyday tumbling".
