Aaron Scheer

'By the forest'
6,6 x 5,4 cm
Polaroid

Somewhere in between Nature Morte and landscape paintings, "By the forest" explores how AI can be utilized simply as another tool in a modern day artist's palette. Pictures taken from Scheer's recent trip to Marseille & Paris are being combined with AI-generated images, reworked with digital tools in a post-production process, and finally photographed by a Polaroid camera. In this scenario, AI can be seen as one of the co-creators, among many others, of the piece.
