    About the artist

Fee-Gloria Grönemeyer (b. 1993, Wiesbaden, Germany) is a multidisciplinary artist currently based in Bitche, France. Working across photography, video, and installation, her practice explores the intersection of constructed image-making, myth, and social inquiry. Self-taught and initially rooted in photography. during her business studies in New York, Grönemeyer developed a conceptual approach that foregrounds research, symbolism, and the political potential of visual culture.
Blending elements from classical painting, performance, and contemporary media, her work investigates systems of representation and their entanglement with identity, power, and environment. Often working in staged settings, she constructs visual narratives that blur fact and fiction, reality and ritual, inviting the viewer into speculative or uncanny spaces.
Grönemeyer has exhibited internationally, including at Photo Vogue Festival (Milan, 2019, 2025), Berlin Art Week (2022), FRAMED BERLIN (2024) and in curated screenings and shows across Europe. She was named one of the Ones to Watch by the British Journal of Photography 2021 and was shortlisted for the Palm* Photo Prize (2024). In 2024, she received 3rd Place in the #CreateCOP29 award by Art Partner for her work addressing climate urgency through visual media.
